The Teachers' Fund for Retirement Board of Trustees conducts meetings to carry out the duties and responsibilities prescribed by law. In accordance with NDCC ยง 44-04-19, meetings of the Committee are open to the public unless otherwise authorized by law. Executive sessions, which are closed to the public, are identified on meeting agendas.
