Profile
Dr. Robert Lech currently works as the secondary assistant superintendent for West Fargo Public School District. Previously Lech served as superintendent of Jamestown Public Schools from 2013 to 2026, of Beulah Public Schools from 2008 to 2013 and Mt. Pleasant School District from 2005 to 2008.
Dr. Lech was awarded the 2017 North Dakota Superintendent of the Year in North Dakota. His career includes time as a social studies teacher, an English teacher, a principal and an athletic director. Lech earned a doctorate degree in educational leadership and a master’s degree in school administration, both from University of Mary. Dr. Lech also has a bachelor's degree in history education from Northern State University.
